Max Perry is a 3x Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum music producer and engineer and respected music executive with over two decades of experience at the forefront of the music industry. His credits include work with some of today’s most influential artists, including Post Malone, Kodak Black, Rod Wave, J Boog, Killer Mike, 03 Greedo, Wallie the Sensei, MoneySign Suede, and Berner.

Renowned for his ability to fuse creative vision with business strategy, Max has contributed to projects that have charted globally, gone viral, and been featured in film and television. His years inside the studio provided a clear understanding of the industry’s challenges—especially in publishing and rights management.

In 2018, Max co-founded Intellectual Property Collections LLC (IPC) to create a next-generation music publishing company centered on transparency, creator ownership, and long-term value. At IPC, he leads publishing strategy and catalog development, overseeing global royalty collection, sync licensing, and metadata infrastructure.

Today, Max continues to push the industry forward—supporting artists, producers, and songwriters with the tools, knowledge, and infrastructure they need to fully control and monetize their intellectual property.

Jonas Teele is a respected music executive, artist manager, and creative strategist with over 15 years of experience developing independent talent and managing intellectual property at the highest level. He is best known for his work with acclaimed artists such as J Boog, Mac Dre, Lion Fiyah, and Vital (aka Shawn Cook)—guiding careers that span genres, cultures, and global markets.

As the founder of Washhouse Music Group, Jonas helped bring island reggae to a new audience, leading J Boog’s Grammy-nominated album Wash House Ting to international acclaim. His leadership has driven global touring, chart-topping releases, and strategic brand partnerships. His commitment to artist-first strategy and long-term brand development has made him a trusted force in the independent music space.

In 2018, Jonas co-founded Intellectual Property Collections LLC (IPC) to bring the same level of care, strategy, and infrastructure to music publishing. As CEO, he oversees company vision, client strategy, and business development—ensuring IPC delivers transparent, tech-forward solutions for rights holders seeking to control, manage, and monetize their catalogs globally.
